The 90-Day Launch Checklist

Companion to the lesson "Your Ninety-Day Build."

Days 1-13: set the lane

Day-14 bar: say the sentence without reading it, and one place on the internet where a stranger can trade an email for the magnet. Nothing else this phase.

Days 14-44: run the engine

Day-45 check: engine publishing without misses; list collecting, even at twenty or fifty people; at least one service conversation happened. All three true: continue exactly as you are. None true: stop and reread "Hard Truths" before changing anything; the usual culprit is a lane chosen for money, and the fix is narrowing, not quitting.

Days 45-89: light the layers (one at a time, each with its trigger)

Day-90 checkpoints

Six of six is an excellent ninety days. Three of six, with the engine and list alive, is a normal one. The two that matter most are the last two: a sponsor pipeline takes months to open, and wanting to continue is the only checkpoint that makes the rest possible.

The two honest exits

Day 45, zero traction and zero joy: narrow the lane or change it. Diagnosis, not defeat. Day 90, engine alive but no service revenue: the offer is the problem, not the audience; change the offer and the price before touching anything else. What you should almost never do at day 90 is quit: the list, the skills, the archive, and the transformation sentence travel with you into the next ninety.
