Three of the four assets survive deactivation. The platform can fire your account. It cannot fire your reviews, your clients, or your skills. On Upwork, the exit is priced: a one-time conversion fee of 13.5% of estimated annual earnings buys the client relationship out from the platform. On TaskRabbit, terms keep task payments and communications on-platform, so graduation there means launching your own service at the demand your reviews have proven.

Do not graduate into your platform's own weakest competitor out of spite. Graduating from delivery into a half-priced courier service is changing landlords, not crossing a bridge. The map above crosses into businesses where you own the customer, set the price, and build an asset. That is the test, and every destination on it passes.
