Add-On Price Sheet Template
Companion to the lesson "The Add-Ons That Double a Customer"
Two sides to this sheet. Fill your prices on the customer-facing table, keep the reference bands in the second table for quoting. Add one service per season, not five in May: each new service carries a learning curve and a tool decision.
Customer-Facing Price Sheet
| Service | What it covers | Your price |
| Bed detail (weeding and cleanup) | Hand weeding and bed cleanup, billed as time or as a standing add-on on the monthly bill | |
| Hedge and shrub trim | Seasonal shape work with a hedge trimmer; quick touch-ups on the visit | |
| Full property shrub reshape | Quoted as its own project, not an add-on | |
| Mulch installation | Labor and delivery coordination, installed by the yard | | per yard
| Aeration | Core aeration, whole lawn; bundles with overseed at an add-on price | |
| Fall leaf program | Standing visits through November at the monthly-plan rate, sold in September | |
Quoting Reference Bands (internal)

Licensed-services boundary: every service on this sheet is hand-tool work. The moment chemicals enter the plan, including herbicide or pesticide applications, it becomes licensed territory behind a state applicator license. An unlicensed operator's sheet carries no chemical offering of any kind, and structural landscaping work may carry its own state license threshold. When a customer asks for weed spray, the honest answers are to decline it or to plan the license as a growth stage.
