Fill in your bands from the skeleton table before the phone ever rings.
"Thanks for calling in. Happy to help. What part of town are you? And is this the house, driveway, roof, or a bit of everything? Most jobs like this land between [$X] and [$Y] in your neighborhood, and the exact number depends on the siding and the amount of growth, so here's what I'll do: I'll come by tomorrow at 5, walk around with you for ten minutes, and give you the price on the spot, good for 30 days. Does 5 or 6:30 work better?"
The script pre-sells the price band, commits you to an on-site walk instead of a photo quote, and offers a choice of times instead of a yes/no.
"Hi, I'm Alex with [Business]. I'm washing the Hendersons' house across the street today, and while we're here I'm offering neighbors a good-neighbor rate, since the truck's already on the block. I noticed the north side of yours has the same green the Hendersons had. Want me to walk around and give you a number? Takes two minutes, no pressure either way."
You are reporting what you are doing on the street and offering a fact about their house, not selling. Every-door math: if 100 doors win one $1,000 house-wash package, every door knocked paid you $10, whether anyone opened it or not. Knock two doors left and two doors right of every job; respect no-soliciting signs; confirm the city's solicitation permit rule first.
At the walkthrough, say the two sentences that earn the review, then text the link before you leave the street.
"Are you happy with how this turned out?"
"A Google review helps my small business more than you'd believe; I'll text you the link."

Most sales are made at the second or third contact, while most new operators make zero contacts after the first.
At the tail end of the season, re-contact every quote you did not close, with an off-season offer of 10 to 15 percent off to fill the shoulder weeks.
Hi , you asked about a quote for back in . I'm filling my weeks and can do it for % off the original number if we get it on the books by . Want me to hold a day?
