First 10 Customers

The universal method for finding your first ten customers in any business: the three channels they come from, the arithmetic that produces them, the tracking habit, and when to switch channels.

This module has one job. When you finish it, you can name your ten most likely first customers, say which channel each one comes from, and state the weekly outreach number that produces them. It works for any business you choose, because the method is the same everywhere: the first ten come from your warm network, from direct outreach, and from the rooms where your customers already gather. Not from luck, not from a logo, not from an ad budget you do not have.

Every figure here is sourced, and the numbers you will not like are kept in view: real reply rates on cold outreach, how many attempts a single customer takes, and how few new businesses are still standing in ten years. No income promises. The honest pitch is arithmetic: ten customers equals attempts times answer rate times close rate, and you can run that math with your own numbers before you spend a weekend on a website nobody visits.

What this module is not: a bag of niche tactics. Door hangers, marketplace listings, loan-signing escrow desks, and every other trade-specific move belong to the business courses in our catalog, and this module routes you to them instead of pretending one script fits every business. This is the method those courses apply. You bring the business. You leave with a list of ten names on it.
