Lesson video in production

The full lesson text below is complete — the video version lands with launch.

You now hold the universal method. Three channels, one equation, one sheet, one test. What remains is application, and application is not this module's job. It belongs to the business courses in our catalog, each of which takes this exact method and dresses it in its trade's tactics.

The pattern, so you can see it everywhere: the cleaning business course applies the warm list and referral economics to residential routes. The pressure washing course owns the door-to-door script, the purest form of direct outreach. The micro bakery course applies this method to cottage-food customers who buy at markets and doors. Notary loan signing builds its warm list from escrow desks. The virtual assistant and video editing courses run this method's outreach lane through freelance platforms and direct client pitches. The Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop courses own what a "listing" and a "post" mean as outreach in commerce. The recruitment agency and Medicare billing courses apply the same arithmetic to long B2B cycles where one yes takes months and the weekly number becomes a monthly one. And the creator courses, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, the audience stack, translate "customer" into "first paying audience members" while keeping the funnel, the tracking, and the patience intact. The YouTube course is the deepest rooms case of the bunch, first subscribers to first revenue on a compounding clock.

If you have not chosen a business yet, the transition guides in the catalog route you by the money and time you actually have, and the business quiz sends desperation-flagged readers to a bridge guide before anything else. Start where your runway says to start.

Two neighbors of this module deserve a plain word. Pricing decides what the ten are worth, and it is the next number that matters after the weekly number, because a close rate means nothing until you know what each close pays. And the money system, the separate account, the weekly money hour, sits beside the weekly outreach hour and keeps the ten from evaporating into untracked cash. The method you just learned is one instrument in a small dashboard. The setup questions, the entity and the license and the insurance certificate you were told not to wait on, are another instrument, and the legal module owns them. And when the ten keep the arithmetic busy, the first-hire decision is the next one, with its own module for the math. Play it with the others.

The last thing I will say is the one I would want read twice. Nobody gets ten customers by being ready. The readiness is a result, manufactured by the first awkward asks, the first fifty-to-one funnel, the first month of sheet entries that turn a stranger's silence into a number you can improve. The operators who make it are rarely the most talented. They are the ones still filling the quota when the talented have gone back to redesigning the logo.

Your ten are out there, in the three places they always are. Go name them.
