Start a YouTube Channel

Build a YouTube channel as a real business: the two growth engines, packaging craft, the monetization gate, and income beyond ads. Start with under $200.

YouTube pays out to people who treat a channel like an asset instead of a lottery ticket. This course walks you from an empty channel to a working publishing system: a niche that can actually pay, a studio that costs less than two hundred dollars, the packaging craft that gets videos clicked, and the two engines (search and recommendations) that deliver every view YouTube will ever give you. You will build the channel with your own face, your own voice, and your own knowledge, on a schedule you can keep.

The money is real but slow, and this course will not pretend otherwise. Ad revenue starts only after YouTube's monetization gate (one thousand subscribers plus four thousand watch hours, or the Shorts equivalent), and most channels that reach it take many months to get there. Every figure in this course, from revenue-per-thousand-views rates to sponsorship pricing, is sourced, and the failure modes (quitting at video twelve, policy changes, demonetization) get their own lesson rather than a footnote.

This is the video-first course. If you want an audio show, that is podcast production. If you want the inbox as the asset, that is a paid newsletter. If you want to edit video for clients instead of building your own audience, that is a different business too. And if you already have a channel and want to stack platforms and income streams around it, the creator income stack course is the parent architecture this course plugs into.
